How do I adopt an Ethiopian baby?

I always thought ethiopians babies and kids were so precious(as all children are)but it's something about Ethiopians.Me and my husband wanted to adopt a baby girl for Ethiopia but we have no clue about adoption like do we have to travel or do we have to want really long.We don't really care about the cost we just want a baby.
