Starting a plate lunch business?

I am looking into starting a small stand-like business that serves plate lunches for the same price daily. I would publish the weekly menu in the newspaper. For example: Monday - chicken and rice, Tuesday - meatloaf, Wednesday - steak tips. Anyway, I need a lot more information. Can you point me in the right direction?
