If you hav TMJ can you help me?

I suffer with TMJ and when it flares up, it is the worst pain I have ever felt. My left jaw is the one what hurts, it clicks every time I open my mouth and what not. Now, my right jaw is beginning to hurt, but not in th same was as the left. The right is hurting every singe day, and now I am noticing that it is also starting to click a little bit. If you have TMJ, has this ever happened to you? How do you cope with th pain?
