I love the hairstyle in this picture... anyone know how I can do it at home?

I know this! First...you will curl your hair.... any kind of curl using a ceramic curling iron....use a hair straightener...use that to make your hair wavy.....I am sure it really works....actually, it's my secret...but I told you my secret b/c I just wanted you to know how to mimick that hairdo...
