Problem with the alighment?

do u have to fix your alignment when you change your tires in the car. when i did my alignment my tires were 15 inch in front and 14 in the back.. Now i putted 18 inch 45 in the back and 18 35 in the front.. and my car is pulling to the left side when i drive. why is that.
