Tried to bleach the black out of my hair..now its red!!!?

so i went & bought 30 level lifter & really good bleach to strip this black out of my hair..i had my cousin do it yesterday & the result was a bright red! i knew that would happen, and was planning on bleaching it again in a few days, but i didn't kno she put extra lifter on one side of my head because she didn't think she's have enough bleach. so now one side of my head is completely FRIED & waaay brighter than the other. its so dead that i can't even run a brush thru it. what do i do now??? now i cant bleach it again because one side of my head is fried. is it ready to be dyed again? could i just put a blonde hair dye? ugh, i'm so sad righy now. any help would be great, but dont waste my time with rude comments.
