Controller for two 70watt panels?

I have two 70 watt BP panels, Vmp 32.3v, Voc 45.2, Imp 2.17, Isc 2.63. I would like to use these for maybe a water(well) pump, or to charge batteries for a backup system or to keep the batteries (two) on my RV charged. I am a bit confused about which controller to get. It seems a MPPT would be the best but for just two 70w panels at 32 v. how should I go? thanks
