Is the CII Racist/casteist/Hindu fundamentalists?

one look at their office bearers and their constant appeasement of the UK/USA business partners, their unreasonable resistance to reservations for BC/OBCs in pvt jobs and their muslim bashings ( % o muslims in top jobs is meagre ) is a pointer to the problem. if india is to shine there has to greater sharing of the profits by the majority.
