My family is afraid I have the pig flu...?

Well it started a couple days ago, I haven't been able to stop coughing and I have a sore throat and fever. And earlier I was nauseas but that went away with some pepto bismol. Should I go to the doctor? or like not go to school tmrw or something? btw I live in MA so i didn't think it was like up here yet.. haha thankss
