Question about an extremely aggressive kitten?

I have two cats and just recently took in a new stray kitten that was born in my neighbors garage. She was the runt of the litter and I have had her since March 18. She was only about 4 or 5 weeks old when I took her in and she is extremely vicious. She is very playful but loves to bite hard and scratch.Both of my other cats are afraid of her now because she is so mean and she attacks me constantly. She won't even let anyone pet her without attacking. She looks and acts healthy but she is the meanest kitten I have ever seen in my life.I need to know if maybe she is just being playful, if she is diseased (rabies distemper) or if I took her at too young of an age (she was abandoned) her mom and dad are both strays and wild cats so I'm curious if maybe they just trained her to not trust humans or what? She also licks a lot. Please tell me what could be wrong with her and how can I stop her from biting and scratching? (Can't use water cause I am trying to get her used to being bathed, when I smack her she just bites harder).
