What is happening to cl in this world?

Okay, I'm at Outback Steakhouse enjoying a nice dinner with my family and celebrating my cousin's birthday. Then Amy (my cousin) said OMG look over there. In the doorway walks a girl and her boyfriend waiting to be seated. Get this, the girl was bare foot wearing nothing but a string bikini bottom and a pullover t shirt. I'm just surprised she was allowed in. Another thing was she didn't exactly have the figure of a Victoria's Secret model either. I know it shouldn't affect me, it just was irritating. It's a restaurant, not the beach! anyone know what I mean?
