What should I get for my dad/nephews birthday?

Their birthdays are on the same day November 15th (cute I know!) Now my nephews turning 2 and my dad's turning the big cinquanta (50) My dad loooves watches, Bob Marley(hence my name, and my brother), and of course his kids. He says no gift at all would be fine, but that's not what I wanna hear! Seeing as how I'm the third child the three of us are gonna buy him three individual gifts while the other 5 are gonna combined to buy him something. My mom's already bought him this REALLY nice watch, and it's engraved she wont tell us what it says though. Somehow my brother found an old Wailers vinyl cd (The Wailing Wailers their first album I think) and it was signed by all of them. My oldest sister is keeping hers under lock. I really want to top them all. He has these old pair of converses he says he used to wear 24/7 growing up in Jamaica, and the he's "been through hell and back" with them. I was thinking of getting them bronzed Like what Cindy McCain did for John McCain's shoes. What do you think? And for my nephew I was thinking about giving him a piano dance mat or a my creative center.
