Who hates it when people smoke around non-smokers?

I hate it when smokers smoke around non-smokers and children. They always seem to think that it isn't a big deal, but it really irks me. Every where is non-smoking where I live, so when people are out(restaurant , movie,etc.) they have to go outside to smoke. I am fine with that, but why do they always have to smoke by the entrances. I always have to walk through their clouds(usually I am out and about with my 1 year old). It really ticks me off. Why can't smokers be more understanding towards non-smokers? We all know how bad it is for you. You never see people using crack right in front of you, and then blowing the smoke in your face.(I am only using crack as an example, because it is a lifestyle choice, as is smoking).
