Has anyone received an education from an online Tech. University??

Please allow me to restate your problem. Your problem is to find a job that can give you a financial security and in demand when you graduate. Your best guessing solution is that you will find the job security if you change your school or your subject of study. I agree with you that is one of the answers but it is not the correct approach to solve your problem. I advise you to seek help on career and job search. Also to get to know more about the opportunities available for the person with the same major of study, then decide on changing the school. Please remember that you don;t want to be a professional student running from one school to another and keep changing your major to solve a problem that never been identified correctly
